Dry Cleaning Pickup and Delivery Service Refund Policy (Australian Standards)

Thank you for choosing our pickup and delivery dry cleaning service. We are committed to providing you with a convenient and reliable experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:

Garments lost during the pickup or delivery process.
Garments damaged due to mishandling by our third-party providers.
Garments damaged during the cleaning process.
Your items will be cleaned in accordance with care instructions. While the utmost care is taken with all items, in the unlikely event of loss or damage, liability is limited to no more than 5 times the cleaning charge for that item. Any claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your dry cleaned garments.
Deduction of Delivery Cost

If a refund is approved for reasons mentioned in Section 1, a deduction of the delivery cost, if applicable, may apply. This deduction is to cover the work carried out by our third-party providers responsible for pickup and delivery.

Pickup Cost

If our driver has attended your location for pickup, a pickup cost will be incurred. This cost is non-refundable, except in cases where the driver fails to fulfill the pickup due to our fault. If you cancel a scheduled pickup after our driver has already reached your location, you may be subject to a pickup cost.

Credit Card Fees

Any credit card fees applied by the service provider (payment processing fees) for processing your payment are non-refundable and will be at your cost.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or by phone at (02) 6262 5322 – Dickson. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or lost items if applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will investigate the issue promptly. If your refund is approved, we will process it within [X] business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the order.

Exclusions

This refund policy does not cover damages caused by customer negligence, such as pre-existing stains or improper care instructions provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason not covered in Section 1.
